Each session explores, clarifies, and highlights what habits and patterns are working for you and which need to change. Through the sessions we will explore alternatives habits, thoughts, or simple acceptance to work towards the desired outcome.
$299 per session
Typical - 3 Months @ 2 sessions per month

An initial clarity session or two to uncover what's at the core of the problem we are working on
Exploration sessions on how and why this is playing out as a conflict or someone's life
Supporting the work towards better and more self-observation
Checking permissions for the potential to change,
Working with the client to elicit change
Doing an ecological and sensory check about the new normal
Checking in as required.
