A organisation on its own as an entity has no impact, no profit, no loss, no passion, no mission or vision. Every organisation is a bi-product of a person or number of people coming together working towards a common goal. When there are gaps, miscommunications, lapses in listening, it generally creates conflicts that hamper the short and long terms of objectives of the organisation. 

As a certified group and integral semantics facilitator I work on highlighting various perspectives while utilising the common goals of all stakeholders as the primary glue to bring the team together. In the process people have the opportunity to be vulnerable in a workplace, share their values, and build better working relationships with their colleagues.
